 You have opened a page « ABOUT ME », and it means, that you’d read up to the end the contents of the "main" page. At least I hope for it.
I believe, there is no place for my birth, marriage and etc. in conversation about business, but for curious one I inform, that everything I’d done and had brought up two, reached adult age daughters.
And now the matter of fact.
After my leaving of high school № 8 in Novorossisk of Krasnodar region in 1968 (there were hard times: as you didn’t study – you had to work) I have been directed by Committee on employment of graduates of high schools to Novorossisk timber port where i has worked as the pupil of the turner then the turner of 1-st and 2-nd category up to the appeal to army. All my attempts to enter High school, and it was OIEMF, have not succeeded. In spring 1970 I have been called in Armed Services of Air Defense have given to the Native land 2 years as aeronautical engineer of Technical-Operating Unit. (pilots know, what it is).
After military service I has entered the Odessa Institute of Engineers of Marine sea fleet (ОИИМФ) faculty of ship-engineering.
In 1977 I has ended the Institute after my degree thesis. Having the authorized vacation after the ending of the institute I used it for relaxation in far northern areas, to be exact in Tiksy Marine Trading Port, in the "honorable" position of the docker-mechanic - during the period of navigation. Having finished(stopped) the "Bright" working career of loader Tiksy port and in accordance with the assignment for job received after the ending the High School (it was obligatory) has started working in the position of the craftsman of dock shop in the autumn of 1977 at the Novorossisk ShipYard. Having one "advantage" - the diploma of engineer-mechanic, and having no another - party-membership card , I couldn’t make a great carreer, that’s why during 16 years I have passed from the engineer of technical grounding for Productional-Control Department, the foreman, head foreman on ship-repairing.
In autumn,1993 I have been engaged in Company " Protex " Ltd. for a position of deputy director on ship-repairing.
In autumn, 1994 I have been directed to a company " ADITY " for a position of the general director of the company.
Clearly, I was engaged only in ship-repairing due to my functions in "Protex. "ADITY" was interested in trading the furniture and production building and assembly jobs and decorating jobs expept ship-repairing. Here I had to master myself technology of town-planning and specificity of market trading so alien to ship-engineer.
Truly speaking, this was not to my liking. Now I understand that this experience of alien to me business has mostly allowed, though a little, superficially, to receive the idea about trade and construction.
But taking into account my hostility to the spheres of business listed above and alien to me, I was patiently getting experience in sphere of economy and management of the enterprise.
I certainly could throw up and leave it for another earning (since December, 1993 I have already registered my own enterprise specialized just on ship-repairing), but without practical knowledge of management and economics of the enterprise it was really hard to do, and I was patiently getting experience.
In spring, 1996 I’ve nevertheless decided to leave and having thrown "generalship" up by my request have gone to lead “my child” created by me from the beginning.
It’s not a secret to say, that every small enterprises created in this period, as a rule, were arranged by "powerful one of this world" and all these companies had or strong financial support, or they’ve got the means of production almost in their own property with the cheapest rent for them. To tell the truth neither "Protex" nor "ADITY" were not the exception.
I had to start from the beginning. There was no office, no workshops, no machine tools, no equipment, no office equipment, even elementary phone - but there was my enthusiasm … - more than just enough.
By the middle of 1999, as increasing of capacity of executive ship-repairing works the enterprise has got everything that is necessary for normal activity. Means of production, transport, office equipment, other equipment and so on became the property. In case of a high rent only the scanty number of the equipment which was lacked in the company was leased, and as a rule, it was short-terms.
The situation became stabalize, the enterprise developed there was increase in turnover and profits, but there wasn’t evidently enrichment. As soon as a profitable part grows the expenses grow too. I could the money in the reserve account but there wouldn’t any development, and of course, there was our "superperfect" system of taxation and remedial system.
Being the director of my own enterprise I can not say, that I lived in misery, but money both came, and left. That who worked in classical business understands me perfectly. Because of the ethical reasons I don’t want, and I haven’t any right to describe, what it was. But now, refer to conversations with business ex-colleagues, almost nothing has changed.
Administrative work made me to improve the knowledge in the field of economics and business. I was constantly learning and looking for something.
Around the end of 2001 I started to came across the literature and manuals for Multi-Level Marketing. As well as all businessmen respecting themself I could not concern seriously to the MLM-companies and MLM-business in general. In the first it looks like "МММ" and Lyenya Gorbunkov, such well-known in Russia, in the second for the last 10 years of democracy this business was so perverted in our country, that only one word about MLM business associated with "pyramid" and a full negative.
In one of such books I have come across the description of systems bringing the income. These were systems well-known to us and systems unknown for me as a mechanics, and in the educational the systems were represented as means of operation or illegal profitable part i.e. speculation. By the way, word "speculation" itself was exposed by the Soviet mass-media in the perverted concept.
And so, I have learned, except the usual linear income the passive income exists, having created which, you provide to yourselves with a financial independence from employers.
In 2001 I was very interested in that. And as soon as I am not a talented composer, a writer or a scientist so it is useless to the expect great fee. I hadn’t large financial funds which were able to provide me with a financial independance putting the money into a bank and spending the income., and I hadn’t property to lease. I started to look for any kinds of activity or methods which could provide me with this financial independence.
And now, in autumn of 2005, I want to represent you the gains of my research for your justice.
To tell the truth, I am still functioning director of the company, but having declined financial turnover of the company up to the minimum I have deduced the company’s activity in "0" in taxation except for a minimum quantity of general means of production which still figure in the balance-sheet. So the company is practically ready to preservation or closing. Everything is for founder’s consideration - i.e. for my discretion.
